Posted on August 19, 2021
  • Arvato Systems is now a member of the GHA – German Health Alliance
  • The GHA is a platform for German health expertise which is in high demand internationally

(Arvato Systems) Gütersloh – Arvato Systems has joined the GHA – German Health Alliance (GHA). The GHA is comprised of 115 leading German organizations from across many areas of society. Its mission is to strengthen the healthcare infrastructure and improve access to high-quality healthcare services.

What makes the GHA virtually unique is its focus on, and expertise in, systematic strategies for strengthening the healthcare infrastructure and improving access to high-quality services. One hundred and fifteen leading German players from across nearly every sector are now part of the alliance. Its members come from business and industry, civil society and NGOs, as well as science and research.

As an international IT specialist, Arvato Systems will make its expertise available to the alliance. This spans everything from protection against counterfeit medicinal products and logistics processes for pharmaceutical companies to the operation of vaccination centers and digital healthcare applications such as Communication in the Medical Sector.

“As a member of the network, we look forward to actively working on innovative solutions that will help make the German healthcare system more digital and ultimately bring about positive improvement,” says Ralf Huchtkemper, Vice President of Arvato Systems, describing what membership in the alliance means to the company.

The members of the GHA have extensive expertise in the German healthcare system, which covers medical technology, packaging and logistics, as well as in topics relating to digital health and e-health solutions. Member companies share their specialized expertise at working committees and meet regularly to discuss interdisciplinary issues at working and professional groups, among other things.
