Together for strong health systems
We at GHA – German Health Alliance are actively engaged in global health issues. Our goal is to contribute to more equitable, sustainable, and resilient healthcare structures worldwide.
A particular focus is on strengthening health systems – because only robust and accessible healthcare systems can ensure long-term health. With the concept of health partnerships, which we developed together with the associations vfa and Spectaris, we demonstrate ways to sustainably strengthen health systems through long-term cooperation between governments and institutions in partner countries, German development cooperation, companies, and NGOs.
We work closely with international organizations such as the WHO, the World Bank, UN agencies, and regional institutions. As an interface between global stakeholders and our members – companies, NGOs, universities, and foundations – we promote exchange, coordination, and joint initiatives for better health worldwide.
