A functional micturition disorder can be the cause of the enuresis in childhood. The uroflowmetry with the simultaneous electromyography of the pelvic floor muscles provides decisive indication of a dyscoordinated micturition.
With the Kopernikus we offer you a uroflowmetry system in combination with EMG. As a fully digital system with a graphic user interface, the Kopernikus sets standards in terms of performance, user-friendliness, simplicity and cost-efficiency with its range of services and trend-setting ergonomics. Operation is supported by a high-resolution touchscreen monitor, which is used to visualize measurements and evaluations. Measurement results and analyzes can be conveniently and quickly logged using the integrated thermal printer or stored in a database (practice software/KISS).
A high-precision sensor system based on the weighing principle, which can be placed almost anywhere with a separate stand, completes this certainly exceptional system.
Advantages:
- maximum of user-friendliness
- intuitive graphical user interface (GUI), windows®-based
- touch screen
- conclusive chronology of operation steps
- data acquisition by means of highly precise scale unit and EMG amplifier
- animation of Flow and EMG appropriate for children
- external screen for optimal display of animation (optional)
- immediate high-speed print-out of the flow parameters, including doctors surgery
- storage and administration of patient data and measurement results with external database (optional)
- 2nd EMG channel for the recording of abdominal wall contractions (optional)
- determination of all relevant flow parameters according to ICS standards, additional electromyographical data
- nomogram according to Siroky et al. (optional)
