As a company, we have been committed to the topic of heat for over 40 years. Originally, our portfolio consisted exclusively of products for hospitals and blood banks to prevent hypothermia while minimizing the risk of contamination. This is one of the reasons why all our products, such as the Barkey plasmatherm, infusion warmers, warming cabinets, and warming blankets, use dry-temperature heating processes.
With the advancement of therapeutic procedures, particularly in life science research for the treatment and cure of cancer, Barkey products have also been adapted to the needs of this industry. Our Cell & Gene Business Line thawing devices, almost all of which are certified as medical devices and thus meet high standards and regulations while ensuring process reliability, are also valued in the pharmaceutical industry.
Our aim is to manufacture products that can be used throughout the entire technology transfer process, from the initial stages of research through to standardized application on patients.
