The company glaucare GmbH focuses on developing mobile medical solutions for ophthalmology, which can be used to diagnose the most common eye diseases.

The solutions consist of hardware and software components (diagnostic workflow via PDF or app); data from the examinations can be exchanged between the participants and used for therapy. Data management is a central component of the solutions, as this is the only way to ensure sustainability in diagnosis and therapy.

Our solutions (including currently developed solutions for general medical care) are primarily designed for emerging and developing countries that have an insufficient number of physicians (e.g., ophthalmologists) in the area. Training programs for medical assistants complement our product service offerings.
