The Pflegefachzentrum & Tagespflege Hose GmbH (Hosen Specialist Care Center & Day Care Center) is committed to providing outpatient care, enabling people in need and those with disabilities to remain in their familiar and home environment. The specialized nursing center forms a care network for the benefit of patients. Our center provides complex, disorder-specific care. The goal of the care network is the effective collaboration of various professional groups for the benefit of the patient. In the specialized nursing center, patients receive around-the-clock care, receive holistic support, and find targeted assistance. In assisted living, patients retain their personal independence and can remain active and mobile in midlife. We have designed barrier-free apartments for independent living based on the needs of our patients.
