Arvato Systems at DMEA 2025: Innovative technologies for digital healthcare
Future-oriented solutions for improved patient care
- Presentation of the TeMeS prevention project with the Saxon state capital Dresden and the St. Joseph-Stift Dresden GmbH hospital
- Joint trade fair appearance with strategic partner AWS
With a clear focus on improving healthcare through digital solutions, Arvato Systems will be presenting groundbreaking projects and innovative technologies that sustainably optimize patient care at its own booth at DMEA. As a long-standing exhibitor, the IT company is further establishing itself as a central point of contact for relevant industry topics such as data security, cloud IT, and artificial intelligence.
"The DMEA is the central meeting place for advancing digital solutions for healthcare," explains Ekkehard Mittelstaedt, Head of Sales for the Health and Public Sectors at Arvato Systems. "It's the ideal opportunity to present innovative approaches to the specialist audience that improve the quality of care and put safety-related topics on the agenda."
Arvato Systems will be presenting at DMEA with its strategic technology partner Amazon Web Services (AWS). Together, the companies will address the challenges in the digital health sector and demonstrate their commitment to innovative solutions and efficient collaboration through the use of cloud-based hospital information systems (HIS) and the TI messenger tim+.
TeMeS (TeleMedSpace): The future of healthcare
A focal point of this year's trade fair appearance is the "TeMeS" project presentation with the State Capital of Dresden and the St. Joseph-Stift Dresden Hospital GmbH. Kai Ketzer, Senior Manager Digital Health at Arvato Systems, together with Thomas Fritzsche and Jens Wohlrabe from the St. Joseph-Stift Dresden Hospital GmbH, as well as Dr. Lucia Coskun, Smart City Manager, and Uwe Richter, Deputy Head of the Office for Economic Development of the State Capital of Dresden, will present the project at the trade fair booth on Tuesday, April 8, at 16:00 p.m. The funding project, launched in September 2024, aims to develop a special video consultation for the preparation, clarification, or follow-up of hospital treatment in thyroid therapy and breastfeeding counseling. The project partners hope to use this to improve medical care and effectively relieve the burden on both hospitals and patients. The focus of the project is to eliminate travel and reduce waiting times without compromising the quality of healthcare. "A true win-win situation for everyone involved, one that could revolutionize the standard of healthcare," says Steffen Rietzschel, head of the Dresden Office for Economic Development. "The project is a prime example of how we can work together to improve patient care. As the initiator, the Dresden Office for Economic Development coordinates and supports the project partners."
This measure is co-financed with tax revenues on the basis of the budget approved by the Saxon State Parliament.
Many key issues for efficient patient care
Another highlight, in addition to the TeMeS project, is the presentation "Smart, secure, GDPR-compliant: Automated input management" on Wednesday, April 9, at 11:10 a.m. Arvato Systems Hyperautomation experts Marc Robin Hübner and Jonas Spiekermann will focus on the challenges facing statutory health insurance providers.
In addition, the following topics are in focus at DMEA 2025:
- TI Gateway (connecTI): The next generation of TI connectivity solutions for HIS and PVS manufacturers as well as welfare and care associations
- TI Messenger (tim+): Secure and interoperable messenger service that simplifies the daily work of service providers and insured persons
- Digitization of health insurance: Smart digital solutions to increase efficiency and secure skilled workers in statutory health insurance
- KIS in the cloud: Greater data and IT security as well as improved customer loyalty through cloud-based hospital information systems
Arvato Systems invites all interested parties to discover the solutions at the exhibition stand (Hall 1.2, Stand A-108) and exchange ideas about the latest developments in digital healthcare.
