For the sixth time in a row, Arvato Systems is one of the “best IT service providers”
In the latest survey conducted by business magazine 'brand eins' in collaboration with Statista, Arvato Systems was once again recognized as one of the best IT service providers. The results of this comprehensive study recognize Arvato Systems' outstanding customer focus and underscore the IT specialist's quality and innovative strength.
A total of 16 people participated in the online survey from April 19 to May 2024, 4.711, including 2.465 IT experts on the provider side and 2.246 decision-makers in IT or purchasing departments on the customer side. Arvato Systems scored top ratings in the five application areas of IT security, managed services & outsourcing, communication & collaboration, software implementation & maintenance, and IT consulting. Only the recommendations of the participants are relevant; companies cannot actively apply for a placement.
