medDream becomes part of the medavis Group and expands the portfolio with an innovative medical viewer

Karlsruhe / June 26, 2024 – The medavis Group has signed a purchase agreement to acquire medDream. This strategic acquisition strengthens the portfolio with a universal medical zero-footprint viewer and represents an important milestone in the group's further internationalization.
The merger with medDream is a strategic step to strengthen the medavis Group's portfolio and thus further penetrate international markets. The powerful medDream Viewer plays a key role in this. It is universally applicable as a high-performance enterprise viewer in various medical disciplines. At the same time, it will become an integral component of the medavis referral and patient portal, thus supporting the entire treatment pathway for patients.
