Africa Health Sovereignty Summit – Under the Patronage of HE John Dramani Mahama, President of the Republic of Ghana
Under the patronage of HE John Dramani Mahama, President of the Republic of Ghana, the high-level Africa Health Sovereignty Summit will take place on Tuesday, August 5 2025, From 09:00 to 19:00 (GMT) at the Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City in Accra, Ghana.
The summit will focus on the official launch of the Accra Compact and the presentation of the SUSTAIN Initiative – an African-led approach to strengthening sovereign and sustainable health systems and redefining multilateral cooperation.
The event will bring together high-level representatives from African governments, ministries, international organizations, civil society and the private sector. Members of the GHA are cordially invited to take part in this important dialogue, either on-site in Accra or virtually via Zoom.
