DESCRIPTION:On the occasion of the visit of H.E. Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health and Population of the Arab Republic of Egypt, to Berlin during the World Health Summit (WHS) 2025, the GHA – German Health Alliance, in cooperation with Afrika-Verein der Deutschen Wirtschaft and Ghorfa, is pleased to invite you to an Exclusive Roundtable on 13 October 2025, in the afternoon from 15:30–17:00 CEST, at the Haus der Deutschen Wirtschaft in Berlin (BDI, 4th Floor, Room 4002, Denkfabrik). The event is scheduled for the afternoon; however, minor adjustments to the exact timing may still occur.\n\n\nThe roundtable builds on the successful GHA delegation trip to Egypt in June 2025 and offers a unique opportunity to continue bilateral discussions, explore new avenues for cooperation, and deepen the dialogue between decision-makers from politics, business, and academia.\n\n\nParticipants will gain first-hand insights into recent developments and reforms in the Egyptian healthcare sector, learn more about investment and cooperation opportunities, and have the chance to engage directly with Minister Abdel Ghaffar.\n\n\nCompany profiles and expressed interest in cooperation with Egypt will be shared in advance with the Egyptian Ministry of Health.\n\n\nWe look forward to your participation.\n\n\nAdditional information:A VIP Dinner with the Egyptian Minister of Health will take place in the evening at the Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Berlin; participation is by Embassy invitation only.
