DESCRIPTION:The GHA – Working Group Consulting & Architecture invites its members to the next online meeting, which will take place on Friday, 21 November 2025, from 10:30 to 12:00 CET via MS Teams.\n\n\nThe session will be chaired by Stefano Ferrari, Spokesperson of the Working Group and CEO / Board Member of managment4health AG, who will open the meeting with a welcome address. Following a brief round of introductions (approximately one minute per participant), the agenda will feature two expert presentations:\n\n\n\n\n 	\nFinancing Instruments for the Health SectorPresentation by the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB)\n\n\n\n 	\nEnergy Efficiency in Planning – Energy Demand Modeling in HospitalsJihane Lakhssassi, Senior Project Manager, managment4health AG\n\n\n\n\nIn addition, one GHA member will present their current work and activities to the group.\n\n\nThe second part of the meeting will provide space for an open discussion on current challenges and strategic developments. Topics will include:\n\n\n\n\n 	\nChallenges due to the new federal funding allocationInput by Roland Göhde, Chairman, GHA – German Health Alliance\n\n\n\n 	\nNew geopolitical reality\n\n\n\n 	\nFurther topics raised by participants\n\n\n\n\nThe meeting will be held under the Chatham House Rule to enable an open and trustful exchange.
