Our international team of planners accompanies all our projects with state–of–the-art scheduling and personnel capacity lists. In addition to the previouslymentioned scheduling and the “planning of planning” component, the core ofquality assurance in terms of project organization is a binding organization toolof the entire project. Furthermore, the use of BIM methods has already beensuccessfully integrated into our processes since 2015. In planning meetings withthe client, project controller and specialist planners, planning-specific topics canbe discussed and recorded directly on the model with the external projectparticipants. For a holistic general planning we associate with specialistengineers. We work for private and public clients, for companies, industry, trade and commerce, banks and insurance companies and support general contractorsand construction companies very successfully in the preparation and development of works planning.
