Intercontinental Dialogues — Regulation & Investment ’26
is a high-level international forum hosted by Goethe University Frankfurt. The forum brings together stakeholders from Brazil and Europe to discuss regulatory frameworks and investment conditions across key sectors.
Over four days, the program includes an official opening with Brazilian and German authorities, fourteen 90-minute thematic sessions covering finance, healthcare, ports & infrastructure, justice, Mercosur, business in football, telecommunications with AI and cybersecurity, and energy, as well as global keynote speeches and moderated panel discussions. Simultaneous translation (Portuguese ⇄ German ⇄ English) will be provided throughout.

Alongside the Intercontinental Dialogues Forum, the GHA will also host an exclusive, closed-door Roundtable. This invitation-only session will bring together 40 influential stakeholders (20 from Germany and 20 from Brazil) to discuss practical pathways for equitable access to health technologies through innovative partnerships.
Participation is limited and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, ensuring a focused and engaging dialogue among top decision-makers and experts from policy, industry, and development finance.
