Women’s Health Data and AI: From Principles to Progress 9 October 2026 | 3 PM-5.30 PM

The GHA – German Health Alliance and FemTech Germany jointly invite you to a roundtable discussion on the transformative potential of health data and artificial intelligence for women’s health.

Building on the momentum of the Berlin Roadmap for Women’s Health, launched at the 2025 World Health Summit by leading institutions and stakeholders, the event will bring together representatives from policy, academia, industry, civil society and international organizations to explore how data-driven approaches and AI-enabled solutions can accelerate innovation and improve health outcomes for women and girls worldwide.

Despite significant advances in women’s health research, major gaps in data, evidence and investment persist, particularly in low- and middle-income countries. As health systems increasingly adopt digital tools and artificial intelligence, ensuring that women are adequately represented in health data is critical to preventing bias, improving quality of care, and enabling more effective prevention, diagnosis and treatment. At the same time, data and AI offer unprecedented opportunities to accelerate innovation, expand access to healthcare, and address long-standing inequities in women’s health worldwide.

The programme will feature an expert keynote and two interactive roundtable discussions. The first roundtable will explore the transformative potential of health data and artificial intelligence for women’s health innovation, while the second will focus on how promising solutions can move from pilot projects to large-scale implementation and impact.

Participants will discuss how data, AI and cross-sector collaboration can drive innovation in women’s health, improve access to quality care, and support the scale-up of impactful solutions. The roundtable will also explore opportunities for investment and collective action to advance the goals of the Berlin Roadmap for Women’s Health.
