The GHA – German Health Alliance is active worldwide and is involved in numerous countries and regions. In 2025, we will focus specifically on three selected markets that are of particular strategic importance to our members:
USA
The USA is the most important export market for German medical technology and pharmaceutical companies. As an innovation-driven healthcare market with a high investment volume, the United States offers a wide range of opportunities for German healthcare solutions – from high-tech products to digital applications. We support our members in successfully accessing markets and expanding their presence with targeted activities, delegation trips and network contacts.
Egypt
As the most populous country in North Africa, Egypt plays a central role in healthcare provision in the region. With comprehensive reforms and major investments in the healthcare sector, Egypt is an attractive partner for German providers. The GHA expands existing collaborations and actively supports the development of contacts with public and private stakeholders.
India
India stands for dynamic growth in the healthcare sector, combined with a growing need for modern technologies and high-quality care. The GHA promotes dialog with decision-makers, supports collaborations and offers its members access to one of the most exciting healthcare markets in the world.
