Together for strong healthcare systems
We at the GHA – German Health Alliance are actively involved in global health issues. Our aim is to contribute to fairer, more sustainable and more resilient healthcare structures worldwide.
A particular focus here is on strengthening healthcare systems – because only robust and accessible healthcare systems can safeguard health in the long term. With the concept of health partnerships that we developed together with the vfa and Spectaris associations, we are showing ways to sustainably strengthen healthcare systems through long-term cooperation between the governments and institutions of partner countries, German development cooperation, companies and NGOs.
We work closely with international organizations such as the WHO, the World Bank, UN organizations and regional institutions. As an interface between global players and our members – companies, NGOs, universities and foundations – we promote exchange, coordination and joint initiatives for better health worldwide.
