The MixMate 5353 high-speed mixer from Eppendorf is used in laboratories worldwide. In order for service technicians to be able to train maintenance and repair, SZENARIS has developed a simulation in which the device was realistically reproduced as a virtual model. This enables service technicians to understand the entire structure of the device and to practice the steps required for maintenance work such as disassembly, reassembly, removal of components, carrying out settings and adjustments as well as functional testing entirely on the virtual model.
