The GHA is supporting the 1st African Healthcare Awards & Summit, organised by Zenith Global Health. The event takes place on June 25th-26th in a hybrid format and is themed “Advances in diabetes and cancer care; plugging the gaps”.

Zenith Global Health aims to recognize the many healthcare professionals who go beyond the call of duty to ensure delivery and sustenance of quality care for patients globally. Health professionals who have excelled in their areas of specialty will be recognized, showcased, and celebrated. This can be either through management, Patient Care, Education, Research, or Innovation.

The summit is  divided into three parts with Day 1 (25th June), looking into diabetes under the theme “Diabetes the burden we all ignore” and cancer under the session themed “Breaking Barriers in cancer care”.

Day 2: 26th June – thematic and co-curated side sessions touching on key areas of health as below. The day will close by giving back and celebrating the dedication & commitment to excellence in healthcare across board.
