Established in 1966, the Asian Development Bank (ADB) is committed to eradicating extreme poverty and to achieving a prosperous, inclusive, resilient, and sustainable Asia-Pacific region. Each year, the ADB finances projects in infrastructure, transport, education, health etc. worth billions of Euros across the region. German companies can participate in these projects by bidding on ADB tenders. But how to get started?

To find out what kind of projects ADB funds and how to participate, we cordially invite you to join in our two up-coming Business Opportunity Seminars “Clean Tech for Energy and Mobility”, 10th November 2021 & “Digital Trends in Education and Health”, 24th November 2021.

In cooperation with the ADB, we offer two Business Opportunity Seminars (BOS) which will help to lower the bar for companies. Speakers from the ADB will explain how to access the Bank’s tenders and present upcoming opportunities for the private sector. In addition, German companies will report on their experiences and the German-Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GPCCI) will introduce its new ADB liaison services. Each seminar will have a thematic focus highlighting latest trends in Asia in the sectors of energy, mobility, education and health.

The events are a cooperation of OAV with the Agency for Business & Economic Development (AWE) and the Business Scout for Development Program financed by the Ministry for Economic Development and Cooperation (BMZ).
