ConWINce was founded by Susann Michaelis in 2016 and was awarded the ESF Innovation Scholarship for Young Academics that same year in recognition of its innovative strength and novel consulting philosophy.
Since that time, the expert in innovative process optimization and organizational development has provided support to numerous well-known companies and associations in Germany and the USA, assisting them in aligning their corporate culture and processes for future success. The objective is to collaborate with the client to develop a bespoke success strategy for the forthcoming change management initiative. The master plan aims to identify and leverage untapped potential, establish a value-based and user-friendly process landscape, and create a performance-oriented but health-promoting (employee wellbeing-oriented) corporate culture.
Due to her level of innovation, Susann Michaelis is frequently engaged as an expert for media productions, interviews, or keynote speakings. She also serves as a lecturer and specialist book author for publishers such as Bookboon.
