(Nieder-Olm, April 2022) – Closer cooperation and reorganization at management level. The medical technology manufacturer and expert for tracheostomy tubes, TRACOE medical, headquartered in Nieder-Olm, has now reorganized its management structure and restructured areas of responsibility and reporting channels within the entire company with Atos medical. As a result, Dr. Christian Zischek, the previous Managing Director of the German branch of the Swedish parent company Atos medical, joins Rimm Elfu as managing director with immediate effect, thus succeeding Dr. Thomas Jurisch, who has left the company. As part of the stronger organizational integration of both companies – in which brand independence is still maintained – Rimm Elfu will from now on be responsible for the national sales for both brands in addition to Customer Service. As International Head of Innovation, Dr. Christian Zischek, the new Managing Director, is now responsible for the Research & Development and Product and Portfolio Management Departments of both brands.
Thus, the two companies with their complementary product portfolio – TRACOE medical mainly in the area of tracheostomies for the hospital sector and Atos medical primarily for laryngectomy products with a strong market position in the home care sector – will cooperate more closely in the future and benefit from the know-how and structures of the other brand. With Dr. Christian Zischek, the management of TRACOE not only gains a long-standing market expert, but also a member of the Atos Global Leadership Team. Conquering foreign markets from Nieder-Olm
In order to continue conquering the international markets for tracheostomy products in the future, TRACOE medical will also use Atos medical‘s international sales platforms with immediate effect. Rimm Elfu: „From Nieder- Olm out into the world. We are very pleased that from now on tracheostomy products manufactured here in Nieder-Olm will be distributed internationally in an even more professional manner thanks to the cooperation with our new parent company. This will in turn allow patients around the world to benefit from our expertise.
