The health sector in the Arab world remains a key sector for Arab-German cooperation.

In the Arab countries, there is an emphasis on the development of the health sector leading to large investments in health infrastructure. New clinics, hospitals and other health facilities are emerging. At the same time, medical devices and equipment must be imported on a large scale.

The increasing demand for modern standards and efficient solutions opens up promising fields of activity for German companies and offers the possibility of further cooperation between Arab countries and Germany by taking advantage of German technology and expertise.

To further promote and develop the promising collaboration between Arab and German business partners in the health sector, the Ghorfa Arab-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, together with high-profile partners from Germany and the Arab world and supported by GHA – German Health Alliance, is organizing the 12th Arab-German Health Forum.

The forum brings together around 300 experts and decision-makers from business, politics and science to mutually address the most pressing issues facing medicine and healthcare in the coming decade.

For the 12th time, the event will be the major information and networking platform to establish and strengthen long-lasting Arab-German business relationships in the healthcare sector.
