BDI: China Cyber Talks #7 – Efficiency vs. Resilience | April 8, 2022
8. April 2022 | 9:00 - 10:00 CEST
The Chinese state has developed an extensive regulatory framework on cybersecurity, data usage and data protection. Companies doing business in China and especially those generating data in China have to be compliant with these requirements. Over the course of seven weeks, BDI will provide organisations with an overview of China’s cybersecurity, data handling and data protection regulation.
Session 7 – April 8, 2022 from 9 to 10 AM (CET): During the first six sessions of our China Cyber Talks, our experts provided insights into various acts regulating cybersecurity and data protection in China. On this basis, in our last session, Dr Florian Otto, Director at Control Risk, will illustrate the implications of a global regulatory fragmentation for the usage of IT infrastructure. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A with participants.
