The Hub Community on Global Health Partnerships would like to invite you to a dialogue with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) on 31 March 2022 from 10-11am. IFC – a member of the World Bank Group – is the largest global development institution focused on the private sector in emerging markets. It works in more than 100 countries, using IFC’s capital, expertise and influence to create markets and opportunities. In addition to its mainstream investment operations, IFC has a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Transaction Advisory Department which advises national and municipal governments globally on preparing, structuring and implementing PPP projects across sectors, including healthcare.

To deliver their healthcare PPPs, IFC requires specialized technical consultancy firms with experience in areas such as

(i)                  performing technical, commercial, and environmental and social (E&S) assessments for a project, and/or

(ii)                healthcare planning activities, and/or

(iii)              healthcare facility engineering for infrastructure projects that involve substantial greenfield construction component (hospitals, rehabilitation centers, etc.).

For projects to be as competitive as possible, IFC is interested in receiving more applications from qualified German companies.
