Profiting from tenders for market entry in developing and emerging countries – The procurement system of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) | 28 Aug 2024

28. August 2024 | 10:00 - 11:30 CEST

Business Scouts of the Agency for Business and Economic Developmen would like to invite you to the event “Profiting from tenders for market entry in developing and emerging countries – The procurement system of the Asian Development Bank (ADB)” on August 28th, 2024 from 10:00 to 11:30h online via Teams.

The program focuses on the successful participation of German companies in tenders, with particular attention being paid to the procurement system of the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

Participating in tenders offers small and medium-sized enterprises opportunities to tap into new markets. Thorough preparation is particularly important for tenders issued by the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
Germany is a founding member of the ADB and holds a capital share of 4.3 percent. Nevertheless, German companies rarely participate successfully in these tenders. With this webinar we would like to increase the knowledge about successful participation in ADB procurements.

Germany Trade & Invest (GTAI) will explain how the tendering business works and how to stay informed about current tenders. Representatives from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) will provide insights into procurement processes and contract awards, while successful companies will report on their experiences.

The webinar series is organized by the Business Scouts of the Agency for Business and Economic Development in cooperation with the Chambers of Industry and Commerce in Germany, the OAV and Germany Trade & Invest.

The webinar will be held in English.

We are looking forward to your registration via this form until August 15th, 2024.
