World Sepsis Day Event 2023

Enactment of the WHO Sepsis Resolution on the National and International Level

After a successful international event under the patronage of WHO Director-General Dr Tedros and Federal Minister of Health Prof. Dr. Karl Lauterbach in Berlin last year, the Sepsis Foundation, in collaboration with the DeutschlandErkenntSepsis Alliance and the Global and European Sepsis Alliance, is organising another full-day event (on-site and online) on 12 September in Berlin.

The main aim of the event is to underline the urgency of implementing the demands of the WHO Sepsis Resolution at national and international level. Innovations in sepsis diagnostics and therapy as well as the effectiveness of national and international strategies to improve education, prevention, early detection and management of sepsis will be presented during the event.
