The GHA – German Health Alliance had a very successful trade fair presence at MEDICA 2023 in Düsseldorf, which welcomed an extremely high number of international guests this year.
The GHA information stand in Hall 10 was once again a representative platform for member companies of the strong medical technology alliance for efficient customer discussions and new contacts at the trade fair.
On the first day of the trade fair, a high-caliber press meeting was held at the GHA stand with representatives of German medical technology companies and exclusively invited specialist editors from the industry.
Current topics such as opportunities in export business, new markets and regions, strategies for existing challenges and more were on the agenda and were discussed with a lot of practical relevance.
Numerous new companies also sought contact with the GHA at the trade fair stand to enquire about its main areas of focus and membership.
In total, MEDICA during November 13-16, 2023 recorded around 83.000 visitors from 166 nations, 5.372 exhibitors and was accompanied by the COMPAMED trade fair.
The trade fair organizers of MEDICA and COMPAMED draw a positive conclusion. Top-class supporting programs, keynote speeches by Federal Health Minister Lauterbach and NRW Minister Laumann as well as the high-tech products and innovations in medical technology presented at the trade fair demonstrated the high significance of the event.
“Our presence at MEDICA was successful again this year and is an ideal opportunity for our member companies to be present at this important industry event, even without their own exhibition stand. This provides a suitable setting for technical discussions with international customers and new contacts. We are already planning our participation in the trade fair for 2024,” says Heike Lange, Managing Director of the GHA.
The GHA – German Health Alliance consists of more than 120 leading German players from practically all sectors: Business and Industry, Civil Society and NGOs, Science & Research. The GHA therefore covers a particularly wide range of health expertise with a strong international focus. The GHA will also have a stand at the Arab Health trade fair in Dubai in January 2024.
