Pflegefachzentrum & Tagespflege Hose GmbH has made it its mission, within the scope of outpatient care, to enable people in need and the sick to stay in their family and home environment. The Pflegefachzentrum forms a care network for the benefit of the patients. In our center, complex, disorder-specific care is provided. The goal of the care network is the effective collaboration of different professional groups for the benefit of the patient. At the Pflegefachzentrum, patients receive 24-hour care, holistic support, and targeted assistance. In assisted living, patients retain their personal independence and can remain active and mobile in the midst of life. We have designed barrier-free apartments for independent living based on the needs of the patients.
