Karlsruhe, Germany, September 16th, 2024 – The medavis Group has completed the acquisition of MedDream, a trusted provider of medical imaging visualization solutions. This strategic partnership strengthens the Group’s portfolio by adding a universal medical zero-footprint viewer and represents an important milestone in the Group’s global expansion.
As part of this transaction, MedDream has spun off from Softneta UAB to form MedDream UAB. This transition allows MedDream to operate as a more focused and agile entity, better positioned to deliver its universal medical zero-footprint viewer across a wide range of medical specialties. Taking this pivotal step will enhance MedDream’s ability to innovate and meet the specific needs of its clients more effectively.
