The portal4med patient portal enables patients to access their own images and reports from the radiology department online and to make them available to treating physicians quickly and easily. In the imaging center a ticket is automatically created for the patient during registration from medavis RIS and transmitted digitally via e-mail. Patients can then access their data online with the ticket’s access data and a second authentication factor via SMS. The transmission of images and findings is GDPR compliant and in accordance with the highest security standards.
