Rostock, 27 October 2023 -The OR Technology Group appoints Tim Thurn as Managing Directorwith immediate effect.
Alongside his role as Chief Commercial Officer, Tim Thurn will be responsible for the operational matters of the ORTechnologyGroup. As a result, OR Technology Group will now be represented by Bernd Oehm (Chief Executive Officer), Michael Rieger (Chief Technology Officer) and Tim Thurn in an executive capacity.
Tim will contributehis expertise gained atrapidlygrowing and internationally operating “hidden champions”and support the OR Technology Group on its way to becoming an international medical technology and software provider for premium imaging and image management system solutions.Since joining the company in April 2023,he has already been able to set the first growth impulses together with the team. “I am looking forward to taking on the extended responsibility and developing the OR Technology Group further alongsideBernd and Michael, as well as the entire team.
There is a great demand in diagnostic imaging. The OR Technology Group has successfully positioned itself in the human, veterinary,and industrial markets in recent years. It is my ambition to further expand ourposition internationally and to provide both partners and patients with improved access to our products and services,” comments Tim Thurn.
