Properties
The antimicrobial washing solution Prontoderm® contains the synergistic mixture of undecylenamidopropyl betaine
(surfactant) and polyaminopropylbiguanide (preservative polyhexanide in water). Polyhexanide is characterised by high
tissue tolerance and biocompatibility. Epicutaneous tests confirm the absence of skin irritations even after prolonged use.
For this reason the German Association for Hospital Hygiene recommends products containing polyhexanide for whole body
sanitation.
