The expert group education and training of the German Health Alliance (GHA) was founded in a constituent meeting in September 2021. The initiators Joachim Butzlaff (3B Scientific), Dr. Uwe Katzky (SZENARIS) and Stefan Wisbauer (Lecturio), focus together with the participants of the expert group on the following tasks:

– Creating a pool of experts for the topics “education and training” and “training and qualification”.

– Providing a contact point for all GHA member companies regarding these topics.

– Support for tenders regarding these topics.

– Creation of a link for integrated capacity building approaches.

To determine the needs of all member companies regarding the topics of “education and training” and “training and qualification” more precisely, a questionnaire was developed by the initiators and coordinated with the participants of the expert group. The results allow the targeted and individually coordinated support of all GHA member companies in these areas. In this way, the member companies can access the high level of expertise of the working group members.

Cooperation and professional exchange with relevant players, organizations and multipliers are initiated and promoted by us. Close interaction with other GHA specialist groups and other GHA working groups is also part of our activities. We position the GHA with high-caliber expert contributions at topic-related events in the healthcare industry. At the annual GHA members’ meeting, we communicate the milestones we have reached and the most important topics to the entire GHA membership. This annual meeting is supplemented by a jour-fixe of the expert group chairs with the GHA board.

The expert group meets four times a year at the beginning of each quarter. The previous meetings took place virtually. The expert group welcomes all interested persons from the GHA member organizations.
