- From 26th to 28th April of 2022, the DMEA in Berlin will be all about digital healthcare
- Arvato Systems presents the new solution ‘TIaaS’ to the trade audience
Gütersloh – Design thinking workshops, an AI robot and many digitization topics await trade visitors to the DMEA booth of Arvato Systems, the long-standing industry partner for telematics infrastructure (TI). Conversations and presentations will focus on the further development of TI into a user-friendly service (TI as a Service), the vaccination platform co-developed by Arvato Systems, and Arvato CSDB as a serialization solution that helps pharmaceutical companies prevent drug counterfeiting.
From the doctor’s office to the care sector – the areas of application for solutions related to the telematics infrastructure are diverse. As a long-standing partner of gematik, Arvato Systems is using Europe’s largest event for digital health applications to present the latest features and projects in the TI. Much attention will be paid to the further development of the technically complex, hardware-based telematics infrastructure towards the operation of TI 2.0 via the highly available Arvato Systems data centers in Germany. Numerous eHealth experts will be available for conversations. Twice a day, a design thinking workshop will be held under professional guidance, in which new and innovative ideas for digital healthcare will be developed together with the visitors.
Co-creation with DMEA professional audience
“TI is becoming a service,” says Jan Wemmel, Senior Vice President (SVP) Health & Public Sector at Arvato Systems. “With its ‘TI as a Service’ offering, Arvato Systems combines expertise in VPN access service and telematics infrastructure operation. No other TI provider can do that.” User-friendliness is at the heart of the TI’s next steps. “Our design thinking workshops allow DMEA guests to get directly involved in Arvato Systems’ development work,” according to Dr. Miriam Sasse, Senior Agile Transformation Consultant at Arvato Systems.
Twice a day, a design thinking workshop will take place, accompanied, and conducted by Dr. Miriam Sasse. Participants can discuss their ideas among themselves and with eHealth professionals from Arvato Systems. The results will ultimately form the basis for a workshop after the trade fair. “This gives all participants the opportunity to make their personal contribution to the development of new digital health applications, which will ultimately benefit participants in the entire healthcare industry,” says Dr. Miriam Sasse.
Experts from Arvato Systems will also present hot topics in the DMEA Solution Hubs and congress sessions.

- The out-of-the-box vaccination management platform includes key technical components for the smooth operation of mobile as well as stationary vaccination centers and supports the management of vaccination campaigns, for example, at the state level.
